TRANSPORT FROM AIRPORT
Swiss rail network
The airport offers connections to the Swiss and European rail network. The CFF airport railway station has direct access to the airport Check-in and Arrival levels. All trains stop at Geneva-Cornavin station (city centre).
Tickets can be purchased at the distributers in the train station (Swiss francs, euros or credit cards), at the station ticket wickets, at Ticket Shop CFF or – on landing in Geneva – in the baggage claim area (Arrivals level).
Travel free on public transport during your stay in Geneva!
You can pick up a free ticket for public transport from the machine in the baggage collection area at the Arrival level. This Unireso ticket, offered by Genève Aéroport, allows you to use public transport in Geneva free for a period of 80 minutes.
If you are staying at a hotel, a youth hostel or a campsite, the establishment will offer you the “Geneva Transport Card” that allows you to use public transport in Geneva free of charge during your stay.
Public transport to Place des Nations
It takes about 15 minutes to reach the Palais des Nations by car from Geneva International Airport, 1215 Meyrin, Switzerland.
